3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Google Integration & Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Google services, including Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Google Classroom, to facilitate online class scheduling and management. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may access and modify your Google Calendar to schedule sessions.
• We may create Google Meet links and classrooms on your behalf.
• Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing material.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IgniteLink and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IgniteLink, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
